Cause for Paws

I've just registered for the "Cause for Paws" 3k walkathon happening in Boulder on September 17th. It's sponsored by The Humane Society of Boulder (where I'm volunteering).

I'm excited to join a walkathon that supports our furry friends. I'm still working on getting back into shape and this way I can kill two birds with one stone, I'll feel doubly good about it!

A bit of information as per their site:
On Saturday, September 17th, dogs, their guardians, and other pet lovers will hit the streets of Boulder in a pledge 3K Walk and 5K Doggie Dash to support the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. Pre- and post- race and walk activities begin at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley at 2323 55th Street, Boulder.

The Humane Society of Boulder Valley is a private nonprofit organization serving over 7,800 companion animals annually. They depends on community support to continue their mission to protect and enhance the lives of companion animals.
