Oh Man!
I forgot to update y'all on our weight progress... Gosh darn it -I knew I was getting behind!
I think we're pretty used to the diet now. It's definitely gotten easier, though I still have my weak moments. -Especially on Saturday. Hubby Mikey and I had a rare date night out (bowling and P.F. Chang's) and decided to forgo the point counting during dinner. I still tried to make wise decisions, like the brown rice instead of white and tea for my drink. But over all I didn't (& don't) feel bad about going off the wagon for a night, especially since we don't usually get a night to ourselves. (A big thanks to Mom and Dad for watching the kiddiewinks!)- On to our weigh-in. I lost another pound and a half (total of 13.5!) and poor Mikey actually had a weight gain of 3 lbs. -My guess is it was water related since the day after he weighed again and had not only ditched the 3 lbs but another .5 lb too!-
We'll keep on nibbling our way through -seeing the results is fab!

Congrats! Those "off weeks" can be the worst, but usually balance out the next. Hubby and I make a weekly ritual of "falling off the wagon". Each Tuesday is weigh-in and right after is No-Holds-Barred dinner. This keeps us (theoretically) from eating out the rest of the week and lets us feel like we are not deprived. It's worked so far with B. making it over 100 lbs.! (I, of course, am up 40+, but twin preggies are given the okay for that ;-)
